U16 Softball ID camps

Our first ID camps for our Male and Female U16 teams have been scheduled.

Male Information:

Identification / tryouts for 2023 NAIG under 16 Boys Softball team

Open practice June 5th - 12:00 to 5:00 in Port Hawkesbury on Reynold Street behind McDonalds restaurant.

We would like to welcome all potential players, parents to our first tryout camp in Port Hawkesbury. Hopefully we have a large turnout and good weather. We encourage all potential players to come to all practices, camps and tryouts.

Players are asked to bring: Cleats, gloves, their own bats if you have one, batting helmets, catcher’s gear if you are a catcher. We will have extra equipment so if you don’t have an item, don’t worry. You will also need lots of water, snacks, some food, hat etc. We plan on being there for 5 hours and will be doing running times, skills, batting, pitching so we can evaluate each player. I will be bringing a pitching machine so we can use it for outfield and infield drills as well.

If you have any questions or concerns, both players and parents, you can call, email or text Mike Rogers at the following: cell 902-401-0855, email:

mike.f.rogers@gmail.com .

Our coaching staff is looking forward to meeting everyone and hope for a positive start to a

wonderful NAIG Games.
